Built for Your Operation

Whether for tourism operators, private resorts, backwater destinations, hospitality groups, or premium leisure experiences, Ocean Marine custom-builds Shikara boats around the specific requirements of each client and location.

Dimensions, passenger capacity, deck configuration, seating, interior finishes, lighting, propulsion, and onboard facilities can be tailored to the intended use. This allows every vessel to have its own character while maintaining the engineering standards expected from a professionally built marine craft.

From the first concept through fabrication, finishing, testing, and commissioning, our team manages the complete build with close attention to quality, durability, and marine performance.

Craftsmanship & Detail

The identity of a Shikara comes from its craftsmanship. Ocean Marine preserves this character through carefully finished timber, handcrafted pillars, traditional roof forms, detailed joinery, and warm interior elements.

At the same time, these traditional details are integrated with modern construction methods and marine-grade materials to improve durability and serviceability. The result is a vessel that retains the visual language of Kerala while being prepared for contemporary commercial and hospitality applications.
